Use what you Know

We can start from scratch, but if you’re a runner or you love to hike, let’s use it!  If you recharge with faith practices or soft blankets or loud music, PQ grows as you recharge, strengthening Mental Fitness.   If you’ve done inner work on enneagrams or meditation, they become part of your mental fitness.   PQ isn’t a ‘new’ fad - it’s science-based and energizes you at your best.
